Eligibility for Returns
- You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Stacy Lash website.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@stacylash.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Instructions
- Our Customer Support team will provide you with a return label.
- Pack the items securely.
- Clearly mark the return authorization on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the provided address via your local post.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the return is received and approved.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
